Heritage Hall Wise is located in the beautiful mountains of southwest Virginia and provides excellent medical and nursing care in a family oriented environment. Our mission is to provide a caring atmosphere that meets the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of the individual, their families, and our community, in a safe, comfortable environment where people still matter. That’s why our staff is trained to be sensitive to issues of individual dignity.
We are the only rehabilitation facility in the historic town of Wise, but there is nothing old-fashioned about our highly trained, professional staff. We offer our patients individualized care including pharmacy services, skilled nursing, and in-house speech, occupational and physical therapy. We also use other specialized medical services like vital stim, wound and outpatient therapy. Also in case of an emergency medical situation, our close proximity to Mountain View Regional Medical Center is a critical asset.
