Located in scenic Giles County, Heritage Hall - Rich Creek is proud to provide the surrounding areas with outstanding rehabilitation and nursing services. Our facility has been providing a safe, welcoming environment for residents and family members since February 1964.
Our experienced teams of trained professionals develop a personalized plan for each of our patients. From memory care in our state-of-the-art dementia unit, to short-term rehabilitation, we work hard to ensure every patient has the right individualized care plan in place to meet their needs. Our physicians and nursing staff are always available, and we have several consulting resources, including a pharmacy, a registered dietician, and a licensed clinical social worker.
We also offer a full range of activities, church services and social programs, including outings, horticulture, crafts, parties, games, and musical programs. We invite you to come by and see all the great things that Heritage Hall – Rich Creek has to offer.
